Planex Ltd. is a construction company, specialised in constructing residential, public and administrative, industrial and commercial buildings.
It employs highly qualified teams in rough building and construction completion works. The management of Planex, together with all its employees, guarantees the quality of the implemented construction and installation works in conformity with the requirements and expectations of investors, designers, assignors and clients in strict observance of the effective normative regulations in Bulgaria, and guarantees the completion off all projects (sites) implemented b the company in time, with a trend towards decreasing the number of claims by clients and assignors.
We aim at:
- Building up the belief in clients that the Company is capable of realising the construction and installation works and the demanded quality and maintain it through development in the managerial and executive staff of personal skills for responsibility and precision in the execution of their assigned duties and their irreversible declaration of the Company clients.
- Analysis of the results from the production and commercial activity of the Company and studying the customer satisfaction from the ready product during the warranty and post-warranty period.
- Achievement of the demanded quality of the implemented construction and installation works with optimal costs for the Company, through effective use of the technological capacities of the facilities, the materials and the human resources.
- Provision and maintenance of the required level of labour and fire safety and environment protection during the execution of the construction and installation works.
- Establishment, analysis and removal of the reasons for faults and deviations in the work of the Company staff, as well as in the quality of the executed construction and installation works.
- Ensuring systematic staff qualification improvement.
