As a Chief contractor Planex conducts an initial elaboration of detailed Bills of Quantities for the project; it holds tenders for selection of subcontractors; manages the construction process - by developing a detailed building timetable for all participants n the construction, controls the wark (quantity, quality and timetable) of the subcontractor companies; submits the final certificates to the investor; hands over and ommissions the building site.
