The project will be carried out in five stages as follows:

The first stage involves the construction of garages - five sections, and access to the construction of indoor and outdoor pool;
Second stage - forming part of the new casino and spa addition
Third stage - complete reconstruction in the lower body part of the hotel
Fourth stage – building of a completely new hotel part of the  high level of housing to the level of the  lower body.
Fifth stage – completion of the highest part of the new building to elevation 58.50.

The deadline for implementation of construction works is 13 months, divided into two construction seasons as follows:

First period - 14.11.2011 - 15.05.2012 – includes: construction "rough" part of the sections, as well as the adjoining strengthening power of diaphragm walls; execution of “rough construction” of new hotel section;

Second period - 01.10.2012 - 15.05.2013 – execution  of a "rough construction "  of the other sections as well as reconstruction of the inside swimming pool, forming part of the new casino and the spa; complete reconstruction of the old hotel part of the body - to ground mezzanine, finishing works in the new hotel part
